A federal judge has set a deadline for FEMA to come up with a plan to test the air quality in Trailers.
That plan must be in place by Dec. 17.
The government was scheduled to start testing in November, but that was postponed because scientists said they needed more time to prepare.
People who live in Trailers said the delay is putting their health at risk.
