An accident Friday morning in Tamarac left a 70-year-old Sunrise man dead.

The accident happened at Commercial Boulevard and 64th Avenue around 6:30 a.m.

Marco Brown of Miami was heading east on Commercial in his Truck when he decided to turn and head back to his plumbing business office.

As he attempted to make a U-turn at 64th Avenue, his Truck was struck by Thomas Costello of Sunrise, who was heading west on Commercial.

Costello, 70, died at the crash scene.
